Applicants must have a PhD in Physics with specialization in Renewable Energy with tertiary teaching experience, good research profile and publications in international refereed journals, with proven academic and administrative leadership qualities.
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to supervise students at Master’s and PhD levels and possess a record of demonstrable scholarly and professional achievement in areas of expertise.
The appointee will be responsible to the Dean of the School of Science and Technology through the Head of Department, and will be required to carry out teaching and related activities (conduct of tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations, workshops and student industrial training), course co-ordination and curriculum development.
Duration: All appointments are for a contract period of 3 years and are renewable by mutual agreement
