Admission Requirements

Persons shall be eligible to be admitted to study for a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Data Science if:

✅ A person has a Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 3.0 in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related Science discipline, and has successfully completed an introductory course in Data Science or Data Analytics; OR

✅ A tertiary qualification deemed by Senate or its delegate to be equivalent to the criteria in (i); OR

✅A professional qualification deemed by Senate or its delegate to be equivalent to the criteria in (i); OR

✅ In exceptional cases, demonstrated experience or achievement as per the programme requirements as deemed by Senate or its delegate to be sufficient
