Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management

The Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership & Management is the first of its kind in the region; further studies are available leading to masters level accreditation. Focusing directly on professional practice, and using this practice as the basis for learning and making relevant changes, the mixed mode of attendance (online discussions and occasional evenings and Saturday face-to-face sessions) is designed to meet managers’ work commitments. The programme of study is designed around principles of ethical leadership relevant to both the private and public spheres, is geared towards collaborative learning, and encourages managers in establishing supportive networks and in building an intellectually stimulating community of peers.
