Change of Courses |
Students wishing to change their courses after registration must apply to the Head of School on the prescribed form. A student shall not normally be permitted to change courses after the first Friday of the semester.

Change of Programme |
A student wishing to change his/her programme of study must apply to the head of School on the prescribed form.
- A student on scholarship must have written approval of his/her sponsor to change his/her programme
- A student shall not normally be permitted to change his/her programme after first Friday of the semester

Withdrawal From Courses |
Students who wish to withdraw from courses for which they do not wish to be assessed must inform the Registrar on the prescribed form:
- In the case of 15-week semester, by the first Friday of the semester in which case the fees for those courses shall be refunded in full. Each week delay after this will incur a penalty of 25% of the fee. No fee would be refunded after the fifth Friday of the semester. The final date of withdrawal is the first Friday after the mid-semester break.
- In the case of a summer school by the end of the third day of the semester in which case the fees for the course shall be refunded in full. Each day of delay after this will incur a penalty of 25% of th fee. No fee would be refunded after the fifth day of the semester. The final date of withdrawal is the second Friday of the semester.
- Students who withdraw from courses during the semester shall be recorded a shaving withdrawn from that course and their names shall be removed from the course lists. Students who do not formally withdraw from a course but cease attending classes or doing exams shall be recorded as having failed the course.
A student who wishes to withdraw from the university must apply for withdrawal on the prescribed form on order to be refunded any prescribed deposit he/she may have paid.
